Delivery & Claims Instructions

IMPORTANT:

Receiving Your Order / Inspecting it before the driver leaves

All products ship F.O.B. from the manufacturer or our warehouse. Our responsibility for product condition ends once the shipment is picked up by the carrier. Please inspect your delivery before signing—especially for damage. Any damaged items or parts may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Note: Most deliveries are curbside. Carriers do not bring items indoors. Oversized items may not fit on lift gates and may require hand unloading or a forklift.

Damage

Any damage must be noted in writing on the bill of lading and signed by the driver in order to file a claim with the freight carrier.
You may refuse delivery only if the damage is clearly visible. Otherwise, please accept the shipment and document all damage thoroughly.

  • Take clear photos of any damage and packaging.

  • Keep all items and packing materials as received.

  • Report any issues to us within 24 hours so we can assist with your claim.

We’ll help file claims on your behalf whenever possible. The more detail and photos you provide, the smoother the process will be.

Returns

A return authorization number (RMA) is required before sending anything back.

  • All freight charges are non-refundable.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to most returns.

  • No returns accepted for used products.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, shrink-wrapped and palletized, just as you received them.

Shipping

We ship F.O.B. from the manufacturer or one of our stocking warehouses. We partner with reliable, cost-effective freight carriers, and your freight quotes benefit from those long-standing relationships.
